Snoopy Gets Ready for Christmas

Who doesn't love Peanuts with its population of characters?
My favorite Peanuts movie is still A Charlie Brown Christmas.

This week's TAST stitch seemed to be a good one to illustrate Snoopy's decorating.  A bit early in the season but who cares?

Beaded Hebedo Edge is a cross stitch followed by a looong cross stitch and repeated.  Then you add a bead at the first cross stitch, make a row of loops using the looong cross stitch as a base and repeat.  Very easy.  The cross stitches here as well as all the outlining were done with a thin black perle cotton.  I used prisma color pencils to add some color and a bit of thick white perle cotton for the snow. I then used 6 strands of floss for the hedebo stitch in a dull dark green.
